Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund Policy :
It is assumed when ordering products from AgriEid the customer has the necessary skills to perform assembly and installation or will engage a qualified professional to perform such tasks.
For goods to be considered for a refund they must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be completely unused. If they cannot be resold the goods will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be made for change of mind.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) while in transit to AgriEid.
If you are returning an item, you need to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. You must email the tracking information to AgriEid the same day the item is lodged with your courier so that we can enter the RMA claim into our system.
Refunds will not be provided for delays in estimated shipping times if the cause is beyond our control. We aim to have all orders shipped within estimated time frames and always complete our best efforts to meet customer expectations.
Exchange Policy :
We only replace items if they are opened and found to be defective or supplied with incorrect item/s. Please contact us and explain the reason for exchange and request a return authorisation number (RMA).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on current stock levels and courier delivery times.

Please note an exchange will not be approved based on a customers change of mind.
Warranty :
AgriEid will only approve a warranty claim if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing failure and does not operate as per the information provided.
Please contact us and explain the reason for the warranty claim and request a return authorisation number (RMA). A warranty claim must be lodged within 12 months from the date the customer receives the product.
If a returned product is tested by AgriEid and found not to be faulty, a charge will apply for the technicians time and the product will be returned to the customer with any applicable freight and insurance charges.
If a returned product is tested by AgriEid and the item has experienced a manufacturing related failure which has occurred during normal usage - the faulty part/s will be replaced and the item shipped back to the customer with no additional charges.
The estimated time for the processing and return of products under a warranty claim will depend on parts availability and the work load in our service department. We aim to have warranty repairs completed within 30 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
Refunds, exchanges and warranty on bundled products that contain multiple items will only apply to the specific item that has an issue or manufacturing failure.
