How AgriEID readers work
The reader scans the tag. The apps put it on your phone. The cloud keeps each animal's history.
The reader
Scan the EID tag. The number shows on the screen, the reader confirms the scan, and it is stored in the reader's memory.
AgriEID Link
Download every stored tag to your phone or tablet by Bluetooth. Save the list as a CSV or email it to your auctioneer.
AgriEID Lite
Scan a tag and add weight, medical batch, pregnancy and notes against it, with no internet needed. Pair the reader and AgriEID scales at the same time.
AgriEID Cloud
Sync the session and each animal's history, weight gain and treatments update in the cloud. 12 months is included.

Getting the tags off the reader
Connect the reader to your iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet by Bluetooth and the free AgriEID Link app downloads every tag number stored in its memory. No cables or manual typing. Save the list as a CSV, keep it on your device, or email it to your auctioneer or purchaser.
Free PC software is also available from the AgriEID support page to export tag numbers to CSV from the reader's memory.
Recording in the handling pens
AgriEID Lite captures EID and visual tag IDs, medical batch details and notes on your phone or tablet. It works without an internet connection, and exports as a CSV with no subscription. Sync to the AgriEID Cloud to update each animal's history.
Weighing at the same time
Pair the reader and AgriEID Bluetooth scales to AgriEID Lite together: scan the tag and the animal's record opens, then the weight drops in. Reader and scales cost less together as a Digital Farm System package.
